How we work
At his initial meeting with customers, Jack will conduct a comprehensive review of the existing storage/retrieval operations during a facility tour. A variety of advanced solutions will be discussed with the client based on their automation requirements. Recommendations will be made that are tailored to specific objectives, budget and timeline. Throughout this process, options will be presented regarding materials handling systems as well as auxiliary products such as safety guards, enclosures, partitions, and more.
A written proposal will then be prepared and submitted for client review, input and approval.
When the ASRS system is delivered, installation will be completed by factory trained, experienced technicians. On-site training is provided to ensure smooth transition to the new material handling function. Equipment relocation within a plant or a region is also available from ASRS based on its access to a group of trained personnel.
Follow-up preventative maintenance visits are also handled by experienced personnel according to the Hänel-designated schedule. For emergency repair situations, a technician is available on call 24/7. Jack is also available to customers during each phase of these operations to ensure a client’s complete satisfaction.
