Installation 

Professional installation is managed by a highly qualified, factory certified and licensed Hänel supervisor and experienced technicians throughout the entire process.  On-site training is provided to ensure smooth transition to the new material handling function.  Frequently Hänel regional managers also visit the site for hands-on training and full integration of systems into the existing facility operations function.    

 

Service & Parts 

Once a Hänel system is installed, it is important that customers protect the value and operability of the equipment by following the recommended preventative maintenance program.  Hänel Lean-Lifts and Rotomats are technically sophisticated products that must be handled with the necessary care and technical know-how when being serviced and repaired.  Safety systems must be checked periodically to ensure full functionalitycertain parts require special lubrication and all system components must be examined and adjusted, if necessary, to maintain the desired equipment performance.   

Scheduled factory maintenance packages are available from Advanced Storage & Retrieval Systems based on specific customer requirements.  As with system installation, all work is performed by Hänel factory certified and licensed technicians.  In the case of emergency breakdowns, help is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling the designated service number.       

 

Relocation  

Should you have need for moving your Hänel systems either across your facility or across the country, our technicians will be able to turnkey the relocation!  We provide a move management program that covers all of your relocation needs to ensure minimal disruption of your work operations.  Only with factory certified and licensed supervisors and crew can you fully protect your investment!
